overcrowded breakfast outdated decor
I thought the breakfast buffet offered a great variety, it felt chaotic due to overcrowding. finding a table was difficult. the noise level. i also found the hotel showing its age, especially in the rooms. the decor felt outdated, and some fixtures showed wear and tear. this detracted from the luxurious feel one expects from a hotel of this caliber. A little refurbishment is needed.

direct access large selection quick response
The hotel had direct beach access, i liked this feature. breakfast included many options and a large selection. the pool was very large and clean. Plenty of seating around the area. i found the staff to be very attentive and quick to respond to requests.
the gym equipment showed some wear.

noise bleed missing information
My stay began promisingly enough, but i found some things disappointing. the promised tranquility was often disrupted by noise bleed between rooms. i could clearly hear conversations and tv from the adjacent room. also, the lack of readily available information about resort activities was frustrating. I had to constantly seek out staff for details.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast (it was really good). The hotel kindly upgraded my room to a spacious suite. Late checkout was granted without issues. I also received complimentary drinks during happy hour, a nice perk.

The resort offers multiple pools to suit different preferences. A massive beachfront is also available. Landscaped gardens give the hotel a zen atmosphere. Plenty of activities are available daily for all hotel guests.
